I’m a product-oriented architect and technical leader. I focus on shaping platforms and products that solve real business problems, bridging strategy with technical reality, and staying close enough to the work that decisions stay grounded. I prefer to operate where architecture, product, and team enablement meet — so the organisation builds the right things, and builds them well.

As a tech co-founder and former enterprise architect, I’ve repeatedly taken complex operational problems and turned them into reliable, scalable platforms that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

While I stay close to emerging technology (particularly AI/ML and how to adopt it safely and effectively), my sweet spot is senior roles — Principal Architect, Technical product leadership, or Head of Platform — where I can set direction, coach and enable teams, and ensure the right governance and architecture foundations are in place for long-term organisational success.
